Hi Mr Moon Topples. Well, yes, obviously we bloggers are googling ourselves every other minute. I wasn't going to mention any of my actual friends now was I? Not even I'm that daft. No, my mean-spirited parlour game was really all about seeing if I could catch some names out searching for mention of themselves. Jon Ronson was easy to spot as his IP address very helpfully contains his own name.

What a fun Easter game, like an egg hunt!

Hi Ms B - I KNOW! But I think Easter is probably not a good time to be playing this kind of game as the only fish I caught was Jon Ronson and he has made a whole career out of being sad so he probably set up some clever spyware on his website to constantly search for his name even when he's water skiing in Barbados just to make it look like he's spending Easter at home looking for mentions of himself. I may have been had. Ronson - you sly dog!

Are you done with the egg references now? (Ms B rather than Jon Ronson who as far as I know does not make a habit of referring to eggs).

Good news for some, bad for others. Nobody googled most of you at all. Michael French and Geri Halliwell - someone googled you too together - is there something I should know?
